Teruko Nesbitt
FLORAL ART DESIGNER
Trained as an Ikebana instructor, I immersed myself in the classical Japanese art of floral design, studying techniques and aesthetic philosophies that have been preserved for more than five centuries. I later expanded my artistic foundation by studying Western floral design at the New York Art Institute. Drawing from the depth of Japanese tradition and the sophistication of modern design, I create floral works that embody both restraint and luxury. My arrangements merge the refined discipline of Ikebana with the expressive elegance of Western artistry, resulting in bespoke, site-specific installations that enhance and harmonize with their surroundings.

Floral Composition
“The spirit of Ikebana applies to all periods while the style of works may change over time.”
“Emphasize one flower, one branch. Create the arrangement as an essence of Nature.”
