Classes

Regular Classes and Any-time Ikebana Classes

Certified instructors teach classes in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Lexington, Kentucky.

You don’t need any experience or tools to start your class. Students at all levels learn together but move on at their own pace. The class will provide vases, scissors, and flowers, so bring yourself and study the course. After your study, you will take your flowers home. You may bring your own vases, scissors, and flowers if you wish.

Sogetsu Text Books: (Total 110 arrangements. Books are written in Japanese and English.)

• Book 1.2 Basic and Variation of Style
• Book 3 [Composition and Line / Color / Mass]
• Book 4 [Material and Space]
• Book 5 [Technique and Creation]

Once you complete the textbooks, you will be certified as a teacher. Sogetsu teachers’ diplomas are valid and recognized worldwide in more than 120 Branches and Study Groups in 38 countries and regions. View the list.
